How are you doing on those New Year’s resolutions? Eating less? Eating healthier? Exercising? A new workout outfit can give you added motivation to exercise. This outfit has bright colors and is very comfortable – a perfect combination.
How am I doing on eating healthier and exercising? Well… I’m doing ok on the food part, but my exercising has gradually dropped off. So, I’ve got to make it a priority. And this workout outfit will help motivate me.
Danskin Now™ Women’s Fitspiration Active Graphic Legging $9.96
I built the whole outfit around these amazing leggings. They have bright rainbow colored words down the side of one of the legs. The leggings are comfortable, soft, smooth, and made of stretchy fabric with an elastic waist.
Danskin Now™ Women’s Active Mesh Vented Tank with Strappy Back $7.46
The thin stripes in this pretty tank match the bright words in the leggings. The tank is also stretchy and comfortable. It has “moisture wicking” which means it keeps you dry and cool and prevents odor.
The side/back panels are made with a mesh fabric so they’re airy. In the back, the straps are doubled and cross. But you will need a shelf bra for support.
Athletic Works™ Women’s Mockneck Full Zip Microfleece Jacket – Orbit Orange $9.96
The fleece on microfleece tops and jackets is so soft and thick. So it keeps me nice and warm. This neon orange jacket is bright. I’ll definitely be seen at night (and in the day). It’s the perfect color to complement the tank and leggings. It has pockets in the front. It’s very fitted so I went up in size for a roomier fit.
Danskin Now™ Girls Lightweight Athletic Shoes – Gray Coral $9.92
These sneakers are super lightweight and comfortable. You hardly feel like you’re wearing shoes. Remember, a size 6 in girls fits a size 8 in women’s.
So, try to eat well and exercise – even if it’s just a little. Doing some exercise may help you sleep better at night. And exercising increases endorphins in your brain – which helps you feel good.
Take the time for you. Buy a new outfit if it motivates you (like I did). Get moving!
See you at Walmart!
