I can\u2019t believe the day is finally here. Crazy, right?<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been thinking of writing a blog for quite a while now.\u00a0 I first thought it would only be about cooking and crafts.\u00a0 But, nothing seemed to be the right fit for me.<\/p>\n

So, we started talking about how my recipes would have mostly Great Value\u2122 items.\u00a0 I\u2019ve shopped at Walmart for many years and always enjoyed their products.<\/p>\n

Ah ha!\u00a0 My lightbulb went ON.\u00a0 (Yes, it does go on now and then.)\u00a0 I finally had my fit, something that got me really<\/span> excited.\u00a0 My blog would be\u2026 this.\u00a0 Exactly this. I\u2019m so blessed my family just listened and nodded.\u00a0 No one shot me down.\u00a0 In fact, they started to get pretty excited about my ideas too.\u00a0 They all wanted to help be a part of it.\u00a0 Woo hoo we were on our way\u2026<\/p>\n

You can expect two main things from me on this blog:<\/p>\n

– I\u2019m going to be real. I\u2019m not going to try to impress you or be someone I\u2019m not.<\/p>\n

– I\u2019m going to give you my best every single time. Because, well, you deserve it.<\/p>\n

So, this is a special day.\u00a0\u00a0 I\u2019m glad you are here.<\/p>\n

When I started working on this blog, my daughter created a handmade card to encourage me.\u00a0 Here is what she said:<\/p>\n

I know, I\u2019m going to cry remembering when I found it in my sock drawer. (Isn\u2019t that where you find your<\/em> surprise cards?!) She is so sweet.<\/p>\n
