You will be blown away by how delicious and addicting this divine raspberry gelatin dessert is.\u00a0 It has an array of incredible flavors and textures in two different layers.<\/p>\n
It truly is divine.\u00a0 It\u2019s sweet, fruity, fluffy, and smooth all at once.\u00a0 Every time we take it to a get-together I\u2019m asked for the recipe.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll like the crunch of the raspberries, pineapple, lemon, and pecans (if you add them).\u00a0\u00a0 And it has the sweetness of whipped cream and marshmallows.<\/p>\n
At home it disappears very quickly.\u00a0 When it is firming up in the fridge, I am constantly being quizzed, \u201cCan we eat it yet?\u201d.<\/p>\n
You probably have sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese in your home pantry so here\u2019s what else you\u2019ll need to make it.<\/p>\n
<\/strong><\/p>\n Here\u2019s how you make it.<\/p>\n Put 1\u00bd c. marshmallows and 8 oz. cream cheese in a bowl.\u00a0 Set aside.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>In a pot, bring 1 c. pineapple juice to a boil.\u00a0 Remove from heat and add lemon gelatin.\u00a0 Stir until it is dissolved.\u00a0 Pour into the marshmallows and cream cheese bowl.<\/p>\n Beat with mixer.\u00a0 Set aside.<\/p>\n In another bowl, mix 16 oz. whipping cream on medium-high speed until thick then add 2 T. sugar and \u00bc tsp. vanilla and mix a little more.<\/p>\n Pour in the gelatin-cream cheese mixture and mix.\u00a0 Fold in pineapple that was squeezed.\u00a0 \u00a0Pour into 9 x 13\u201d baking dish and level it evenly in the pan.<\/p>\n Refrigerate for about 45 mins.<\/p>\n In a new pot, boil 2 c. water.\u00a0 Remove from heat and add raspberry gelatin. \u00a0Stir until dissolved. \u00a0Add berries and \u00bd c. marshmallows.\u00a0 Stir until marshmallows melt a little.\u00a0 Pour over first layer.<\/p>\n Optional:<\/u>\u00a0 Sprinkle \u00bc c. pecans on top or if only half of your family likes nuts (like us) then sprinkle 1\/8 on half.<\/p>\n Refrigerate and let set 1\u00bd hours or until firm. \u00a0Serves 24.<\/p>\n I really love the half that has pecans sprinkled on it.\u00a0 It\u2019s incredible with or without them.<\/p>\n This recipe is in my favorites section.\u00a0 I\u2019ve taken it to potlucks and served it at holiday dinners.<\/p>\n But, don\u2019t wait for a special occasion.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s divine.<\/p>\n Divine Raspberry Pineapple Dessert – Recipe<\/a><\/p>\n See you at Walmart!<\/p>\n Jennifer<\/span><\/p>\n Yes I Love Walmart.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n
