(2 pkgs) cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>16 oz. sour cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. garlic salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. dill weed<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. ground thyme<\/li>\n<li>Cracked pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 avocados, diced<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 large tomato, seeds removed, diced, and patted dry<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c. red onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd yellow or green bell pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li>4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c. fresh cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cream Cheese Layer.<\/strong> In a medium bowl, with a mixer set on medium speed, combine the cream cheese and sour cream.\u00a0 Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, dill, thyme, and cracked pepper and mix until well blended.<\/p>\n<p>Scoop that mixture into a large 9 x 13\u201d platter.\u00a0 Use a scraper to spread it out and make it even and smooth.\u00a0 Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avocado Layer<\/strong>. \u00a0Put the avocados in a small bowl. \u00a0Toss them with a small amount of lemon juice (to keep them from turning brown). \u00a0<u>Evenly spread out the avocado pieces on the cream cheese layer<\/u> about \u00bc inch in from all of the edges.\u00a0 I made an outline first, then filled it in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomato Layer<\/strong>. \u00a0<u>Put diced tomatoes on the avocado layer<\/u> &#8211; about \u00bc inch in from the edge of the avocado layer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onion Layer<\/strong>.\u00a0 <u>Put onion on the tomato layer<\/u> &#8211; about \u00bc inch in from the edge of the tomato layer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bell Pepper Layer<\/strong>. <u>\u00a0Put bell peppers on the onion layer<\/u> &#8211; about \u00bc inch in from the edge of the onion layer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheese Layer.<\/strong>\u00a0 <u>Put cheese on the bell pepper layer<\/u> &#8211; about \u00bc inch in from the edge of the bell pepper layer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cilantro Layer.<\/strong>\u00a0 <u>Put cilantro on the cheese layer<\/u> &#8211; about \u00bc inch in from the edge of the cheese layer.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with crackers, chips, and veggies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Yes I Love Walmart\" href=\"https:\/\/yesilovewalmart.com\/\">Yes I Love Walmart.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/yesilovewalmart.com\/veggie-chip-dip\/\">Colorful Layered Veggie Chip Dip<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 16 oz.
